Wai Sing is a leadership specialist who guides leaders and teams to be their best in their careers and personal lives. He partners with clients using a combination of personal coaching, training and facilitation to allow them to benefit the most from the experience. 

He has more than 20 years of learning and development, training and coaching experience in personal and team leadership; and has served in MNCs and Singaporean organisations in the airline, education, banking and insurance, and energy industries. His work has brought him around the SEA region, India, China, Australia and the Middle East. 

In his last corporate role, Wai Sing was a Learning Advisor for Leader Development in Shell. In this role, he gained experience working with leaders across multiple levels and diverse cultures. Recognized as the Faculty of Choice in the region, Wai Sing collaborated with country learning advisors and managers, and service partners to successfully deliver core leadership programmes for newly promoted leaders. He was approached to design and facilitate a leadership visioning exercise and focus groups for a major line of business. 

Wai Sing has in-depth experience about workplace learning and performance management, especially in the area of difficult conversations. He provides realistic advice to help leaders develop strategies and actions to create effective and inspiring teams. 

A certified facilitator who is accredited in both Australia and Singapore, Wai Sing uses humour, stories and participation to engage the audience and maximise learning. In his working experience, his energy and enthusiasm has seen him championing staff and leadership development programmes. 

Wai Sing has conducted formal and informal coaching sessions with heads of departments, team leaders, and young executives wanting to overcome work and personal challenges. Challenges faced by his client include career uncertainty and transitions, team and individual management, performance issues, and communication. Being a former standup comedian, coaching conversations are never dull and laced with humour. Wai Sing is open, warm and provides a listening ear for clients to share their goals, thoughts, feelings and even fears. Through the conversation, clients will discover opportunities to overcome personal and leadership challenges. He will also provoke insights and challenge assumptions.
